For Sandeep Singh, the deputy managing director of Toyota Kirloskar, the company is foreseen to sell 73, 000 cars in India by the end of this year. The recent launching of the Toyota Etios car model in the passenger car deparment is said to be a breakthrough for the car company. He expressed that he is happy with the development because India is an important market for their company. The launch of the sedan took place in Bangalore in the presence of Akio Toyoda who is the president of Toyota Motors. The Japanese auto company enters the Indian market with two models of the Toyota Etios which are the sedan version and the other a hatchback version of the Toyota Etios Liva which was already unveiled together with the sedan model but will be set for release in April next year.

The much awaited launch of Toyota Motors Toyota Etios Sedan model in India happened on the first of December. This expected increase and accelerating trend in their sales is credited for the launch of their new car in the growing domestic sector. a spokesperson from the Japanese automaker, Toyota Motors said that they are hyped up with the prediction that the sales of their cars will double next year.
